Nous proposons des services de fraisage CNC horizontaux et verticaux. Au sein de notre site de production de 53 000 pieds carrés, des équipements de pointe garantissent que chaque pièce finie respecte des tolérances rigoureuses. Nos services de fraisage CNC horizontal offrent des avantages considérables, notamment une meilleure évacuation des copeaux. Les copeaux s'éloignent naturellement de la pièce et de l'outil, ce qui réduit les réusinages et minimise l'accumulation de chaleur. Nous utilisons une Makino A51NX, un centre d'usinage horizontal à palettes de 400 mm doté de technologies de pointe qui améliorent la productivité, la précision et la fiabilité. Cette machine nous permet de fabriquer des pièces de grande taille et complexes en un nombre réduit d'opérations et avec des temps de cycle plus courts que ceux des fraiseuses verticales.
